Return Policy – House of Maple

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS – RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are possible.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt. Returns will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The product must include all original parts, components, and packaging, in the same condition as received.

  2. The product must not be broken or damaged due to careless handling.

  3. Any items related to hygiene (e.g., beauty or personal care products) must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

  4. If the product is found defective upon delivery, this must be reported immediately with photo evidence.

  5. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. If all conditions are met, you will receive confirmation once the return is accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the item has been used, worn, or damaged through no fault of our own.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above requirements, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  1. Email us at info@houseofmaple.ca

  2. Your email must include:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photo(s) of the item if damaged

    • Your full name

    • Your address

After we receive your email, we’ll provide you with the correct return address.
Do not return items to the sender's address. We will supply the correct warehouse address upon request.
Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers)

If you are a consumer (a natural person purchasing for non-commercial use), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase under the following terms:

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please note the following:

  • Our fulfillment process is fully automated. Once your order is placed, it is immediately processed and shipped, so we are unable to cancel the order once it has been dispatched.

  • If your order is already in transit, please wait to receive it, and then initiate a return following the steps above.

  • You may notify us of your intention to cancel via email at info@houseofmaple.ca.

  • The withdrawal will only be finalized after we receive the returned goods.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Processing Your Refund

If your cancellation and return meet the stated requirements, we will refund your payment (excluding shipping costs) within 30 of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original order, unless another arrangement is made.


PLEASE NOTE:
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
